policies maximum limits. Due to today's higher lawsuit
environment many customers will not be without a personal
umbrella!

- Liability limits from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000*
* Chubb customers can purchase higher limits
Requirements
- Liability coverage of $300,000 on your homeowners
policy
is required.
- Liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000*
on your auto policy is required.
* Some umbrella policies may require a single limit
of $300,000
Auto accident and ticket record for the past 5 years
will be a consideration as well as any prior liability
claims.
