Policy from SCM Insurance
Personal umbrella liability is available to extend
your liability coverage beyond your homeowners and auto
policies maximum limits. Due to today's higher lawsuit
environment many customers will not be without a personal
umbrella!
Coverage's
- Liability limits from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000*
* Chubb customers can purchase higher limits
Requirements
- Liability coverage of $300,000 on your homeowners
policy
is required.
- Liability coverage of $250,000/$500,000/$100,000*
on your auto policy is required.
- Homeowners and auto insurance must also be with SCM Insurance.
- Auto accident and ticket record for the past 5 years
will be a consideration as well as any prior liability
claims.
